Bezisten Bar

The Bezisten proudly holds the title of the oldest rock club in Plovdiv. It has by now somewhat of a cult following and an ever increasing fan base due to the unpretentious atmosphere, good variety of alcohol and beer and a friendly staff. And let’s not forget the good old rock music.
 
 
 
Marmalade

Club Marmalade is one of the hottest clubs in the city. Dedicated to high quality food and impeccable service, this is great chill out, lounge type of place with good music and a differently themed night during the week. Bulgarian bands and singers perform every Thursday; Tuesday night is piano bar night, karaoke Wednesdays and Friday and Saturday DJ parties.
 
Phillippopolis

Housed beneath the Philippopolis Art Gallery and Museum, at the very entrance of the Old Town, the Phillippopolis bistro is excellent for a snack, coffee or desserts. The walnut pie and apple strudel are a staple in this café as are all the other home made, fresh pastries. The garden seats reveal stunning views of Plovdiv’s northern part.
